Beer Gear Plus is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not distribute, sell or rent your name, email address, or personal information to any third party. If we do give information to our marketing partners, it is in the form of grouped statistics.

We do not send unsolicited emailing. Our system automatically sends email order confirmations and status updates concerning your order. If you answered "Yes" to the question "May we occasionally send you email promotions," we keep you up-to-date via email regarding Beer Gear Plus sales, promotions, money saving coupons, etc. If you change your mind and no longer wish to receive promotional emailing, you can opt-out by:

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Beer Gear Plus merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

Damaged or defective items

· If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Inventory information

· We cannot guarantee that a title listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed.

Backorders (out of stock items)

· Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product, we notify you via email and ship it to you promptly.

Backordered products usually come into stock within 1 week, but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update via email.

If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available at all, we notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog.

Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation.
